"No files found" for VIIRS Corrected Reflectance

When I try to download VIIRS Corrected Reflectance data through WorldView, I get redirected to the Earth Data interface, where I select from a list of Granules that match my data and timestep.

When I click on the download button for any Granule, I get redirected to a LANCE NRT page that indicates that there are no files found. Link below.

I've tried several timesteps (current, yesterday, and last week) and whenever granules are found for that timestep, I'm lead to the "No files found" page.
