When trying to wget the manifest file http_manifest.txt I get:
ERROR: cannot verify oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov's certificate, issued by 'CN=R3,O=Let\'s Encrypt,C=US':
Issued certificate has expired.
To connect to oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov insecurely, use `--no-check-certificate'.
When using the --no-check-certificate option I get gibberish and no *.tar files.
