There is a web browser caching issue that impacts some users of the GCMD Keyword Viewer at https://gcmd.earthdata.nasa.gov/KeywordViewer/. Users may see a message that says the keyword tree is loading, but it never finishes loading. Reloading the browser will clear the issue for that session. We recommend clearing your browser cache to prevent you from having to initiate a second time next time you visit the web site. We apologize for any inconvenience.
