missing VIIRS granules

I post here a previously posted question to a different board by mistake:

I would like to know if the following missing granules:
V2021324083000.L2_SNPP_OC.nc
V2021324100000.L2_SNPP_OC.nc
V2021324100600.L2_SNPP_OC.nc

are expected to be produced and when.

I see the files listed here:

Can you not download them from there?
