Hi,

Our servers appear to be blocked from accessing https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/ i.e.:

curl -IL --verbose https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov* Rebuilt URL to: https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/
*   Trying xx.xxx.xx.xx...
*   Trying 2001:4d0:2418:128::44...
* Immediate connect fail for 2001:4d0:2418:128::44: Network is unreachable

It appears we were blocked on May 31/June 1.

We were performing server maintenance around that time and our data download script was apparently left running, which I think may be the cause.

We also had a parallel process running in development for a period of time in which our team was not notified.  I've made it very clear that we need to be careful about hitting you all's servers too aggressively and I've placed sleepers within our scripts that have been running fine for some time to avoid this.

Can we be granted access again? Apologies if we've caused issues on you all's end.
