sea level correction at atmospheric correction

Good day,
Q1: Whether correctly I understand, what the difference between sea level and height above a sea level lake is considered in current version of standard atmospheric correction procedure?
Q2: is it right for all lakes?
For example, Caspian Sea height is lower of sea level, but Baikal and Teletskoye Lakes height are higher of sea level.
Q3: If Q1 and Q2 are right, the next question is about different scanner and level2 format. Is sea level correction procedure done now for SeaWiFS (GAC and MLAC) and MODIS-Aqua/Terra during their all lifetime?
My English is not well, but I think you understand me.
Some years ago i asked you about it. If i remember right then after 2008 you turn on automatic the sea level correction in standard atmospheric correction. (?!)
Thank You,
slava
