About Binning - Spatial Resolution

Hi everyone,
I am new guy in SeaDAS, and I now have a problem about spatial resolution related to level- 3 binning. I am using SeaDAS 7.4 and processing GOCI data.
Why when I use level- 3 binning function to generate daily Map of TSS from 8 images with original spatial resolution (0.5 km) the result often haves parallel dot lines?
However, when the map was resampled by lower spatial resolution (1km or 2km) the result was quite good?
Could you help me to explain what is this?
