Power outage and loss of access to ocean color data and services on 17/18 August 2018

Note: Power has been restored and services re-enabled (5:10 pm EDT 18 August 2018)

The electrical maintenance that was postponed in June has been rescheduled for August 18th.

As a consequence, the OB.DAAC and OBPG will be powering down our servers beginning at 4pm EDT on August 17th.
At that time, ALL of the OB.DAAC and OBPG data and services will be down. Once the power has been restored sometime
in the afternoon/evening of Saturday the 18th, the servers will be brought back online.
