AQUA-MODIS and VIIRS-SNPP L2 data availability

Morning,

There is no new refined data available for both AQUA-MODIS and VIIRS-SNPP since 13th September 2019 (day 256).  The last new files for 12th September 2019 were made available on 27th September 2019.

Is there an issue?

Our SST data provider has not updated the refined SST since 27-Sep-2019 16:15.
As soon as the refined SST data are available, processing will resume.
