Is the alaska satellite datapool down? I cannot download using the python script.

Hello,

A member of ASF has said that it sounds like this is being caused by a stale authentication cookie. Try deleting the file .bulk_download_cookiejar.txt from your home directory and restart the script. You'll be prompted to log in and this will load a fresh cookie."

I have the same problem. I have tried the suggested solution (delete .bulk_download_cookiejar.txt from my home directory and restart the script), but it still doesn't work.

Last weekend we had maintenance occurring on the website. Please try again and let us know if you still have this error.

we are unable to download the ASF vertex portal SLC data (sentinel), below error occurring continuously.

URL Error (from HEAD): timed out, https://datapool.asf.alaska.edu/SLC/SA/S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20200310T010234_20200310T010301_031606_03A466_C429.zip

Data access from ASF was unavailable over the weekend because of scheduled maintenance. Please let us know if the problem you were having persists.

I cannot recreate the problem; that is, I can download each file by clicking on the URL. So, I'm hoping you simply encountered a brief system problem that has been resolved. If the problem persists though, please send a copy of the script you are trying to use.
