turbidity flag

by mkahru » Thu Jun 17, 2021 6:41 am America/New_York

Can anybody explain how the "turbid water" flag is set? I remember that it was set when Rrs665 > 0.012 sr-1. What is the exact form for each sensor (e.g. MODIS, VIIRS, OLCI) ?
Thank you!

That's pretty much it. The closest band to 670nm is used. If the Rrs in that band is > 0.012, the flag is set.
