The Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) DAAC has a suite of tutorials that demonstrate how to discover, access and use GEDI science data products archived at the ORNL DAAC.

- how to use the NASA Common Metadata Repository (CMR) Application Programming Interface (API) to get granule (file) names for a user specified time period and area of interest and display the geometry of the selected granules
- how to subset the GEDI L4A dataset and download the data in a user selected format
- how to work with the aboveground biomass density (AGBD, in Mg/ha) estimates and associated uncertainty within each sampled geolocated laser footprint
