Hi Earthdata,
I tried downloading IMERG late netcdf files using the Subset/get data button.
The search was refined using:
Dataset: GPM IMERG Late Precipitation L3 Half Hourly 0.1 degree x 0.1 degree V06
Download Method: Get File Subsets using the GES DISC Subsetter
Date Range: 2000-06-01 to 2021-05-31
Format: netCDF
and I got the list of files to download.
I used wget to download all these files, but for each of the files (except for the readme and the ATBD) I got an error saying something like:
"SUB.nc4 not available for download".

When I do the same using HDF5 files, everything works well.

Could you please help me understand what am I doing wrong?

I am maintaining the subsetter. Could you share with me one of the URLs in the list?

We do expect users to select at least one operation, such as variable subsetting, bounding box subsetting, or regridding to return a meaningful result. Pure HDF5 to netCDF conversion is not supported.

I see.. Then, I'm not sure what I'm trying to do is possible.
I was trying to subset the dates.
In this case, everything else stayed as the originals.

Your example link is actually retrieving the whole granule. If that's what you desire, then please select "Get Original Files" or visit this
https://gpm1.gesdisc.eosdis.nasa.gov/data/GPM_L3/GPM_3IMERGHHL.06/

If you only need some variables, or one spatial region in rectangle, then please select "Get File Subsets using OPeNDAP" or visit this
https://gpm1.gesdisc.eosdis.nasa.gov/opendap/hyrax/GPM_L3/GPM_3IMERGHHL.06/contents.html
