Reproduction of gallery image

I'm writing to ask if there any restrictions for the reproduction of a picture from the Ocean Color Image Gallery (i.e. AQUA/MODIS image of the North Sea). I would of course cite the website where the image was obtained, but wasn't able to find any other guidelines.
