Order link is not working

I have been trying to download CLDPROP_L2_MODIS_Aqua (viirs-c1a).
In the 'Past Orders' section the data subset is found to be 'available' however while clicking on the data link I'm getting this (see attached) webpage.
Is there any workaround for this issue?

Hello! I have the same problem with some MODIS13A data. My order appears 'available', but the download button doesn't appear or it sends an error message. I have looked in the forum and a lot of people seems to be having the same problem. I contacted the LAADS DAAC Support via email 2 days ago and I just received an email that said they would check the bug soon (I don't know how fast that is though).
