Hi,

I ordered a couple of granules of GEDI L2B product (v002). It returns to me the download link and script. However, it seems that the access is denied for downloading data.

Followed is the webpage where the links are stored:

I also tried another platform -- the data pool platform (https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/GEDI/GEDI02_B.002/) -- for direct download, and it did not work either.

Would you please help to figure out what is going on? Thanks a lot!

It turns out that the link works now, after ~30 minutes of the order. The system may need some time for authorization. Anyway, that's great! Thank you so much!
