How to get Annual climatology data from 2002 t0 2020? I need this too, is this available?

An annual climatology (in the sense of how we generate monthly and seasonal climatologies) does not make sense, so we don't produce one. However, we do produce an annual product (means for a given year). If you can explain what it is you are seeking to accomplish, we may be better able to assist you.
