Dataset time range question (SEA_SURFACE_HEIGHT_ALT_GRIDS_L4_2SATS_5DAY_6THDEG_V_JPL1812)

Hi,
I have a quick question on a PODAAC dataset: I am using the dataset here: https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/dataset/SEA_SURFACE_HEIGHT_ALT_GRIDS_L4_2SATS_5DAY_6THDEG_V_JPL1812?ids=&values=&search=sea%20surface%20height&provider=POCLOUD
It says that it is delayed by 3 months, but when I checked the EarthData Search to see what the actual most recent date is, it is Jan 24th, 2019, which I now see is also listed under the "granule time span" on the dataset page. So, is this dataset actively being updated or will it stay historical?
Thank you,
Kristen
