GES DISC Platform Keyword Request

GES DISC would like to request a new platform keyword corresponding to a new model dataset that we will be receiving under the CMS project.

Other > Models > STILT > Stochastic Time-Inverted Lagrangian Transport Model

@cloeser The platform keyword has been added. See review at https://gcmd.earthdata.nasa.gov/kms/concept/eb069e81-1ccb-45a1-867a-520f9cdec401?version=draft. The keyword will be released on production on Sept 23 as part of our next scheduled keyword release. Thank You.
