Hi,

Our ingestion pipelines are failing to download the MODIS GA/GQ products. All endpoints are returning 504 Gateway Timeout, e.g.

What's the status of this outage?

I reached out over email and got this reply:

Having same pb 14/9 3:15 am NY time
how come this server is sooo much worse than LP DAAC ?

All servers are working normally and haven't received complain from any other user.

it does not matter anymore as i discovered that the OPENDAP is much easier (no password needed) and faster. You should publicize it more.
