Download ephemeris error

When I run modis_GEO.py A2022006121000.L1A_LAC, I had some diffculties.

I can broswer the website "oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/getfile/PM1EPHND.P2022006.1200.003", then the file auto download to my computer. And I'm sure I have write permissions under the directory.
