Access to EWS-G1 Band 4 Longwave IR Imagery

Is there a public source for EWS-G1 (GOES-13) Imagery, in particular band 4 Longwave IR? I can pull data from SSEC but I need it without the political boundaries already applied. https://www.ssec.wisc.edu/data/geo/#/animation?satellite=ews-g1&end_datetime=latest&n_images=1&coverage=fd&channel=04

Maybe an AWS S3 bucket or similar?

NOAA operates The Defense Meteorological Satellite Program DMSP satellites in partnership with the U.S. Air Force, with NOAA responsible for operating the ground systems development and overseeing the satellite's daily operation. NOAA decommissioned GOES-13 in 2018 and replaced it with a new spacecraft GOES-16.

That I am aware of the DMSP status of EWS-G1 and I currently directly receive GOES-16,17 and 18, What I am looking for is another public source of imagery for EWS-G1 similar to the SSEC site which shares the DMSP imagery publically, but, I am looking for a source that does not have the political boundaries already on the imagery as the UW SSEC site does.

Thank You
