Hello,
I have tried several methods to download ICESat-2 data and I have been unsuccessful. I have used these methods previously without issue. I am not able to access any data stored here: https://n5eil01u.ecs.nsidc.org such as https://n5eil01u.ecs.nsidc.org/DP5/ATLAS/ATL03.005/2022.10.09/ATL03_20221009155859_02891705_005_01.h5

I have tried several machines on several different networks, Linux and Windows, manual and automated download scripts.

I get this error through the NSIDC Python download script:
Error<class 'urllib.error.URLError'>: <urlopen error [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it>

I get this error though the EarthData download script:
Unable to Retrieve Data

Please ensure that you have authorized the remote application by visiting the link below

https://n5eil01u.ecs.nsidc.org/DP5/ATLAS/ATL03.005/2022.10.09/ATL03_20221009155859_02891705_005_01.h5

And I get a "This site can't be reached" method when trying to access it through a web browser.

Hello,

The National Snow and Ice Data Center, which hosts the ICESat-2 data sets, performed scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Data access was unavailable from approximately 9am-3:30pm. Have you tried to access data since then? Let me know if you continue to have issues.
