The Operational Land Imager 2 (OLI-2) measures in the visible, near-infrared, and shortwave infrared portions of the spectrum. Its images have 15 m (49 ft) panchromatic and 30 m multi-spectral spatial resolutions along a 185 km (115 mi) wide swath. The entire Earth falls within view once every 16 days due to Landsat 9’s near-polar orbit.
