Can't order files from the L1/2 browser (404 error)

Hi,

I can enter all my information in the L1/2 browser and then when I get to "ORDER DATA" it authenticates and then I get a 404 error. This occurs in multiple browsers. I am logged into Earthdata and have a current token. Any ideas?

I fixed this by turning off my university VPN, which had never been an issue in the past. Not sure exactly what happened, but I can now order files. :D
