I have been trying for a few weeks to access any of the NASA OceanColor websites (anything with https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov in the URL). I have been able to access these sites, especially the data query and download page without issue up until a month or so ago. However, now any time I try to access it my browser times out with the error that the website connection timed out. The IT at my work has not been able to find any reason why this seems to happen. This also happens no matter which web browser I am using. Is this an issue others are experiencing?

Hello, is the issue persistent across various computers and under different internet environments (e.g. home or school internet)? We updated our website about a month ago. You may want to try clear your cache and reload the website again.

Yes it is persistent across computers, including iPads. My co-workers (at the office) also have the issue. I am able to connect through cellular on my phone (or through hotspot) but IT seems unaware of issues.

And cleared the cache and it seems to still have the same issue.

Do you mind sharing your workplace IP? So the expert can check from our end.
