Sir/Ma'am,
I am trying to download CERES (CERES_SSF1deg) and CALIPSO level 2 data, whenever I am trying to upload the zipped shapefile including (.shp, .shx., .dbf) , as mention in the Earthdata search site but it is showing 'loading' only. I am unable to get data for my desired study region.

Hello,
At appears that Earthdata Search is having issues and we are not clear why but this may be the reason why you cannot retrieve your data. We'll update you with any new information. Also as an alternative the ASDC offers Subsetting Tools for
CALIPSO and
CERES.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Regards,
ASDC

It is still having the same issue. Showing loading for more than 2 hours even though I follow all the guideline to upload the zipped shapefile.
Please have a look in attached picture.

Hello,
I was able to upload a sample shapefile to Earthdata search with no issue (see image below). I would advise taking a look at the shapefile you are tryng to upload on Earthdata Search. Something may be wrong with your shapefile or the shapefile might be very large and it's taking a long time to load.

Yes, the shapefile contains a lot of coordinates as vertices, but it is tanking too much time even more than 6hrs, that I tried recently.
Thank you for the suggestion I will try this with a reduced-size shapefile.
