Hello,
For the past few weeks, all my lab members have been facing issues in downloading GPM IMERG version 6 data from the GES disc portal. Every time it shows page not found message. However, there is no problem for others. I am confused about are the portal blocked my IP or if it's a problem with my internet provider.

Dear Debjyoti, ( I sent the following response to your request you sent to the GES DISC User Service) Once you we receive your response
we can better assist you).
"Sorry to hear you are still having problems downloading.
Could you please try again and if you receive an error, do the following.
A.) send us your IP address and date/time of your access attempt.
B.) Also try to download from two different systems, and see if that has any positive results.
