Why does CZCS L3 data have Rolling 32 products but not monthly products?

The CZCS L3b monthly products are showing in :
https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/Level-3%20Binned/CZCS/
and L3m in:
https://oceandata.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/directdataaccess/Level-3%20Mapped/CZCS/1

It must have been a temporary glitch.
