LPCLOUD STAC Down

Hello,

It appears the STAC website for LPCLOUD (https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/stac/LPCLOUD) is down with a 404 Not Found error.

This breaks access to all STACs (e.g., HLS) in this ___domain since you cannot connect to the catalog. For example

pystac_client.Client.open(https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/search/stac/LPCLOUD)
will not connect and result in a long error.

Dug a little deeper and I think it is related to maintenance.

If you go to https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/search you will see this alert:

Outage: We have a scheduled deployment for CMR 1.248.0 to PROD Wednesday, May 22nd 2024. As part of this deployment, we will transition the load balancers in CMR PROD to use HTTPS, and some ancillary services utilizing the load balancers will experience a short downtime until all deployments are completed.

Correction to earlier posts, STAC link in question should be: https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/stac/LPCLOUD

In any case, it is working again.
