download corrupted data

I have been trying to download my requested level 3 data but still it become corrupted. Why this is happening? The filename change became .x.nc
Can you provide a specific example? The .x. in the file name means that it is an extract and not the full original file.
Can you run the 'file' command on the downloaded file and see if it is an html file? If so, open it in a browser to see the error message.
