Soil temperature 10 ft deep

Hello,
Is there any database that has soil temprature at 10 ft deep from previous years? Preferably monthly avarage, but doesn't have to be.

Thank you for contacting the NSIDC DAAC. I recommend the IPA-IPY Thermal State of Permafrost (TSP) Snapshot Borehole Inventory, Version 1 data set (https://nsidc.org/data/g02190/versions/1). This data set is part of the NOAA@NSIDC data archive. If you have any questions about this data set, please email nsidc@nsidc.org.
