Hi,

I've been trying to download inst3_3d_aer_Nv data with OPeNDAP through the online portal (https://disc.gsfc.nasa.gov/datasets/M2I3NVAER_5.12.4/summary?keywords=inst3_3d_aer_Nv) however when clicking the file to download, it opens a new tab with no URL and does not download and eventually times out.

I saw other questions on the forums with similar issues (however on different datasets), but nothing suggested worked. I tried in the afternoon (UTC time) on the 17th July 2024 and now this morning, 18th July.

Hello, our staff has attempted to download the file with several different browsers, and were able to successfully download it with each attempt. Please try again, and provide provide additional information on your computing environment if you are still unable to download this file.
