VIIRS Version 2 (VNP13A1 v002) data

Dear Support,
I would like to download the VIIRS Version2 (VNP13A1 v002) data from the ‘NASA Earthdata Search’. However, I found that this product had no data on DOY = 297, 305, and 361 globally. Could you please tell me what is going on and where I can get the missing data?
