For 'ATS', there is already a different project with that short name, so please recommend a different short name. Can you also provide a definition and reference for 'ATS'?

For 'GVHRR', can you confirm if the Instrument should be under 'Earth Remote Sensing Instruments > Passive Remote Sensing > Spectrometers/Radiometers > Imaging Spectrometers/Radiometers'?
