Plotting GEDI L1B waveform data to corresponding RH metrics

Hi,
I am trying to download GEDI L1B and corresponding GEDI L2A datasets for an area of interest. How can I plot GEDI Full waveform for all the data in the area to its corresponding RH values please?
Also, I am trying to cluster similar waveforms after correcting them to the lowest elevation to DEM and highest elevation to RH98 value. It is taking a lot of time for only a few thousand waveforms. Is there a quick way of doing it?
And last question, what does noise_mean refers to in GEDI L1B data and how we can use it?
I'm sorry to put a lot of questions in one go.

I appreciate your help.

Thank you and kind regards,

Hello, we are reaching out to the PI of these data to see if they have any answers to your questions. We will follow up when we have a response. Thanks.

Hi @adealahmed As far as plotting waveforms goes, the LP has a number of resources here that can help: https://github.com/nasa/GEDI-Data-Resources. Unfortunately, we are not aware of a "quick way", as the data are quite large, and it does take some time to plot them. The amount of time it takes is also very dependent on the size of the area of interest and how many scenes/orbits are within it. For noise_mean, you can find a definition and some additional information on it in the waveform ATBD: https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/documents/581/GEDI_WF_ATBD_v1.0.pdf (see table 2) Thanks -- Danielle
