High values for relative metrics

Dear colleagues,
I am working on developing a canopy height map using GEDI Level 2A data - rh98. I downloaded the data into Google Earth Engine, applied a quality flag mask, and checked the data, as shown in the attached .png image. There are points with a height of 130m. I performed a search and found that 1,475 points fall between 42m and 140m, while the maximum expected canopy height for this area is 40m. I also incorporated slope data, but there are anomalous values for all slope levels.
Has anyone had experience with this? Is it correct to simply delete these points?
