We are still seeing NOAA NCCF Low Volume alarm for NASA JPL ingest process that pulls the following products. We want to check with you if there might be any issues or disruptions on your end that could be causing the low volume of data reaching us.

Due to wildfires in California, NASA's PO.DAAC and JPL are experiencing operational disruptions, which may affect their websites and processing for SMAP, MLS, SWOT, and Sentinel-6a data.
