Hello,
I am currently facing an issue with subsetting and downloading the CALIPSO Aerosol Profile data via CALIPSO search and Subsetting Application Tool.

After submitting my order, I received an order confirmation email from support-asdc@earthdata.nasa.gov, containing my order details. However, I have not received the follow-up email with the link to download the data, which typically accompanies after the order confirmation.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and let me know the steps I need to take to proceed further? I look forward to your guidance.

The ASDC had a scheduled downtime that affected our Subsetters. We will let you know when your orders are available and apologies for the inconvenience.
