Earthdata Download App Log-in issues

Hi! I've been trying to use the Earthdata Download app (MacOS version) to download data from the following source:

https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/catalog/sedac-ciesin-sedac-aqdh-pm25o3no2-zipcode-1.00

My download has not been successful after multiple attempts, because the app keeps giving the message "You must log in with Earthdata Login to download this data" as shown in the attached screenshot. This happens even after clicking the "Log In with Earthdata Login" button multiple times, which opens a window in the web browser and then redirects back to the app, but the app will then give the same message again.

Any help or suggestion is appreciated!

Thank you for your interest in our air quality data. While we work on fixing the issue, we have set-up a temporary beta site here:
https://beta.sedac.ciesin.columbia.edu/data/set/aqdh-pm2-5-o3-no2-concentrations-zipcode-contiguous-us-2000-2016

I hope this helps.

Hi Lisa, thank you very much! I was able to obtain the data from the temporary site.

Just a quick followup question - I wonder if this dataset is being maintained so that more recent data (those after 2016) might be included in future versions of this dataset? Thank you!

Best,
Jason

Hello Jason,

There will be an update to 2017-2020 but data will not be available for several more months. The announcement of the new updated data will be posted on the Earthdata Forum.
