I want to regrid the 1 km cloud optical properties from the MYD06_L2 product (2003-2025) for a combined analysis with AOD from the MYD04_L2 product.
While the optical properties are available at approximately 1 km resolution, it seems that the latitude and longitude coordinates in the MYD06_L2 dataset are at 5 km resolution.

Is there a way to obtain the latitude and longitude coordinates at 1 km resolution?
Do I need to download the MYD03 product for each swath to get the 1 km latitude and longitude coordinates?

MODIS C6.1 MOD06_L2 provides 5-km Latitude/Longitude with size (408, 270). For 1-km Latitude/Longitude (2040, 1354) or SolarZenith et al., you can obtain them from MODIS C6.1 MOD03 product.
