ASDC Request for New GCMD Project Keyword

Hello,

The ASDC would like to request the following be added as a GCMD Project Keyword:

Short Name: MPLNET
Long Name: Micro-Pulse Lidar Network
Documentation: https://mplnet.gsfc.nasa.gov/
