LAADS DAAC is responding slowly

Hi,
I've noticed that the LAADS DAAC search and ordering toolbox consistently freezes at around 85%, and this issue has been occurring since last week.
Any suggestion/help from the community.

@harshbardhan, we tried and were not able to reproduced the slowness in LAADS FindData interface. Send your search query for us to test.

Hello @LAADS_UserServices_M,

I am currently submitting the following search query to the LAADS DAAC:

PRODUCT :- MYD04_L2
TIME :- 01-DEC-2023 to 31-JAN-2025
LOCATION :- Lat: 15.35, Lon: 73.70, Lat:15.55, Lon: 73.80
FILES :- 529

However, I am experiencing an issue where the "Review & Order" process is not responding and freezes at 85%. I even tried reducing the time period to just one month (29 files), but the issue persists.

Based on your search parameters, we tried following query and worked normally. It took less than a minute to complete file search and no time for preview and order (see attached):

Hello,

Thank you for your response.
I'm not sure why it's not working as expected on my end. This issue started after I recently updated my profile email address. Though I verified the same.

Old email: ms.harshbardhan@rediffmail.com
New email: harshbardhansingh535@gmail.com

Could this issue be related to the email change?

The LAADS systems do not validate user's account with email but with username. So, changing email should not have any effect on your ordering data from ladsweb. Right now, your EDL profile has email = "harshbardhansingh535@gmail.com" for username "harshbardhan".
You might want to try after clearing cache on you browser or try on a different browser/system.

Hi,
I cleared the cache and history, but I'm still unable to order the data.

I tested with a different username and email ID, and it worked fine.

It seems the issue is specific to my account. Could you please check my permissions for LAADS DAAC?
I also tried by changing academic mail address to my EARTHDATA account, and it didn't work.

Can you login to ladsweb (https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/)? Try ordering again and see if it works now.

We at LAADS DAAC cannot delete EarthData user account for that you have to contact EarthData users support team at "earthdata-support@nasa.gov" or by going to:
https://urs.earthdata.nasa.gov/
and click on " Earthdata Support" at the bottom of the page.
