POLDER l2gen

I want to use the code for processing POLDER sensor data with SEADAS. Previously, there was such a sensor on OCSSW, but now it's gone. I want the OCSSW version that can process POLDER sensor L1B data to L2 and retrieve Rrs.

While updating the DAAC tag, I overwrote the user's original question. That is now restored.
The OBDAAC is now properly tagged and the question provided.

Support for POLDER was removed a really long time ago:

l2gen 5.8.0: remove polder support
You would have to go back to SeaDAS 5.1.6 to have support for it.
