MODIS POST-PROCESSING PARAMETERS subscription no download link issue

Hello, I applied for MODIS MOD04_L2 aerosol data on this website LAADS DAAC (
https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/search/), used the post-processing tools provided by the website, such as projection, stitching, etc., and then submitted the order. A week has passed, and I have not received a download link to download the above subscription data. Is the function disabled or for other reasons?
