why the all product about LR not contain incidence angle

question 1:I am going to using the L2_LR_SSH_Expert products to study the relationship between dynamic ice flag and incidence angle, however I had not find the incidence angle data. Can I know why L2_LR_SSH_Expert don't have incidence angle? And,L2_HR_Raster products have the incidence angle. Can I know why L2_HR_Raster have the incidence angle?
question 2: I want to learn the algorithm of detecting dynamic_ice_flag and ancillary_surface_classification_flag in L2_LR_ATBD document, but there is an sentence 'The mathematical statements can be found in the GECO documentation [11] ' ,consequently I got this citation 'CLS-GECO-1-09, Version 10.2, "Functions definition and specification of the Geophysical/Environmental Correction and Orbitography Module'. I promise I've already try my best to search the document, but still not reach. Can you provide the document?
