Worldview Snapshot Download throwing Internal Server Error

Hey all,
I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
Yesterday afternoon GMT, I was trying to download a GeoTIFF of a ___location via the worldview snapshot feature -- it threw an internal server error. Tried again this morning to the same avail. Just checking in that everything's alright with it/ whether I'm doing something wrong at my end.

Hello! Are you still experiencing the issue with an Internal Server Error with downloading imagery from Worldview Snapshots? If so, please send us the URL of your imagery download request so we can identify which layer you're downloading, what parameters you've selected etc.
