How can I use SeaDAS to combine 10 years of mapped Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) data from MODIS Aqua (8-day temporal resolution, 4km spatial resolution) into a single composite layer suitable for spatio-temporal analysis?

Hi,

Please put all you 8-day Chl-a files into one text file:
ls *.L3m_CHL_chlor_a.nc > chl_list.txt

Then use l3bin tool to combine the files.
Then generate map with l3mapgen.
You can watch the following video if you need help with using these tools.
