Webinar 5/29: Discover and Access the OPERA-DISP Dataset Using ASF DAAC’s Displacement Portal

by Earthdata - jbrennan424 » Mon May 19, 2025 11:56 am America/New_York

Join us for a data training webinar on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EDT (-04:00 UTC) to learn more about the NASA JPL Observational Products for End-Users from Remote Sensing Analysis (OPERA) Surface Displacement (DISP) product and how to access and explore the data using the Alaska Satellite Facility Distributed Active Archive Center (ASF DAAC) Displacement Portal.

The OPERA-DISP dataset is derived from InSAR observations and provides observations of surface displacement at 30-m resolution for North America, including the U.S. and U.S. territories, Canada (within 200 km of the U.S. border), Mexico, and Central America. These data can be used to monitor natural changes in Earth’s surface such as subsidence, tectonics, volcanic eruptions, landslides, and human-induced changes such as agriculture, mining, and construction.
