order failed processing (Harmony)

Dear all,

I tried several times to make a request to download subset images Sentinel 3A L1 for October 2024 for a specific area (10,-40 80,55) and the order has failed processing. I face the same issue for newer images (2025 (January-March), for Sentinel 3B L1.

Hello, would you mind giving more information about the steps you took (including sites, scripts, tools used) so we can track down where the issue is occurring and make sure the best team is informed?

Thank you for the reply.
I used earthdata search where i used harmony so to subset and then download the products.

Thank you for sharing the error. The Earthdata development team has worked to resolve the issue and a new version of the Earthdata Downloader is available, which should fix the issue. Please download Version 1.0.6, remove failed jobs, and start a new download of your data from Earthdata Seach. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.
